Assist LGUs and Other Stakeholders in Areas with High Concentration of OFWs to Set-up OFW / Migration Centers
Atikha assists selected LGUs with high concentration of OFWs to set up OFW / Migration Resource centers and develop programs and services for migrants and families left behind.
It helps convene multi-stakeholder coordinating council composed of national government agencies, local government units, NGOs, church-based organizations, school representatives, migrant and family organization and other organizations working with migrants and their families who will take the lead in the operation of the center.
It provides assistance on the technical, legal and financial requisites in setting up and operation of OFW Migration Centers.
